The meaning behind the name
In Gurbani, Rahao marks the line meant to be returned to: the centerpiece of a verse, the place where reflection is invited. This practice carries the same intention: a space to slow down, return to yourself, and notice what's underneath.
Together, we can

and the overthinking that comes from never feeling like you're quite enough.
yours, your family's, your community's, so they stop running the show.
rooted in attachment wounds, so you can build connections that actually feel safe.
in a space where it's named, understood, and held.
as a source of strength, not pressure.
What I offer
Therapy shaped around your story, your relationships, your culture, and what you actually need, not a script.

For when you're tired of carrying it all on your own. A space to understand the anxiety, trauma, relationships, expectations, or old patterns that keep showing up, and begin relating to yourself differently.

For when you love each other, but keep ending up in the same painful place. Together, we'll slow down the cycle, understand what's happening underneath it, and help you find your way back to each other.

My approach
I don't believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches to shape our work around you: your experiences, relationships, identity, and what you need most.
Explore how your experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns have shaped the way you feel and respond today.
Slow things down, connect with emotions and your nervous system, and gently work with what has been difficult to carry.
Develop practical tools, new ways of responding, and greater confidence in your life and your relationships.
There is room here for all of you.
Culture, spirituality, faith and identity can be part of our work when they are meaningful to you. They never have to be.
My work may draw from: EFT · IFS informed · DBR informed · CBT · DBT · ACT · Psychodynamic · Mindfulness · Spiritually Integrated Therapy

Hi, I'm Anhad
Something brought you here. Maybe it's the weight you've been carrying for too long, the kind that's hard to name, hard to explain to people who've never had to hold it. Maybe it's the patterns that keep showing up, the relationships that leave you questioning, or the version of yourself you've lost somewhere along the way.
I work with South Asian adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, cultural identity, attachment wounds, and the quiet pressure of intergenerational expectation. I draw from EFT, IFS, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused approaches, but mostly, I listen, and I bring my whole self into the room with you.
